Ad-aware and Spybot Search & Destroy "also conflict" with what? They
don't conflict with each other, and it is recommended by techs
(including me) that you install both and scan with both - although not
scan with both at the *same* time, of course. To my knowledge, neither
of those programs conflict with any antivirus software I've seen,
although I can't speak authoritatively about their interaction with
Panda since I've not used it.
The point is that you should have *one* firewall in use and *one*
current version (not earlier than 2003) antivirus installed. SysClean,
which we often recommend, is an antivirus tool to be used to clean up a
system before installing a full-featured av. SysClean is not a
substitute for a full-featured, installable av.
