Norton Antivirus should be able to quarantine the file. Open your NAV then
look for Quarantine. The infected file should be there, you can safely
    delete it.
If Spybot Search & Destroy is detecting any DSO Exploits, ignore it for now
because it is a false alarm/false flag. If you would like to avoid this
false-alarm being detected in the future, open SpyBot in advanced mode, go
to: Settings > Ignore Products > on the "All Products" "Tab" > scroll to >
"DSO Exploit" > check that item only.
