I need to know if there is a "fix" for my computer. The
computer screen says that the computer was closed down in
an unsafe mode or powered down accidentally. I cannot
get past that screen to go anyplace else on the
computer. Can I get some type of patch or "fix" that I
can save to a disk to use on my computer?
