Look for msqsb.dll <-- delete that dll file
Run CWShredder. Download CWShredder. Download it from
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/Merijn/cwshredder.zipUnzip to your
desktop. Run CWShredder.exe and let it fix what it'll find. Reboot the
system when done.
