NeoToolbar removal from IE

    I recently noticed that I have this NeoToolbar on my IE.
    It's a search bar that I can't seem to get rid of. I tried
    running virus and adware scans both on normal and safe
    mode but I still can't seem to get rid of this toolbar.
    Can someone help?
