When you say you used your recovery disk, did you take the machine back
to factory-condition or did you just do a "repair install" whereby all
your data and programs are still there? If you did not do a complete
reimaging, probably your computer is still infected with a virus and
that is why NAV won't install. Post back to this thread with more
information about what you did and what virus you had.
