trojan horse dialer

Please can anyone help?I have trojan horse dialer 7.B in
C:/redirect.exe.I also have something called elite toolbar
which attaches to the internet explorer window.I have
tried deleting these but everytime I reboot they come
back.I tried AVG but to no avail.I also ran spybot but it
doesnt find anything.This toolbar has a list of adult and
casino sites on it and seems to try and redirect me to
them.I also ran hijack this and something called
coolsearch is there.Sorry for the long winded post but I
am desperate.I run W98.Thanks for any help.
