Xsoftspy is betrayalware. By installing it, you have probably added more
spyware to your system. Additionally, it is reported that Xsoftspy
reports infections where none exist. Here is information on that:

    http://spywarewarrior.com/viewtopic.php?t=1154

Now, once again, run these programs (all of which you can get from
    http://www.majorgeeks.com under Spyware Tools):

    Ad-aware
    Spybot Search & Destroy
    HijackThis
    About:Buster

Update Ad-aware and Spybot before using them. Scan in Safe Mode. Make
sure you can view all hidden files and extensions from Folder Options.
If you have ME or XP, disable System Restore. Enable it again after the
    system is clean.

Install a firewall. You can get a free one from either ZoneAlarm or
Sygate. Do not connect to the Internet again until you have a firewall
    installed.

When I remove malware, I manually delete bad files as well as run
removal tools. However, you need a deep knowledge of Windows operating
systems to do this successfully. You may want to take your machine to a
good local professional (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of store) for
    cleaning.

    Good luck,

    Malke
