Norton Antivirus pro 2004

After installing windows sp2 update, my Norton's shows no
icon in systray, and options window shows "not enabled",
and when press the "enable" button, nothing happens.

The new "security shield" in systray says antivirus is
"ok". What happened? What should one do?
