about:blank

I have a trojan or virus or someting contemptable on my
computer. When I open up IE my about:blank isnt blank!!
It says "Home search" with the microsoft window logo by
it and it has all of these links on it. And then I get
this pop up that says "only the best" at the top. Also
when I do a search I get a search pop up every so often.
I have norton anti-virus, Avast! Antivirus, Ad-aware, and
spysweeper but it just wont get rid of the stupid thing.
Please help =<
