freezes

The problem you maybe having is sometimes caused by a
virus. Try using AVG anti-virus program and it's free. Go
to the internet and type AVG and it will direct you to
the location of this website. Download Free anti-virus
program. One you downloaded it, then launch it and see
how many virus you may have in your system. You can
delete these virsus from the application.
