My last try:

Is it possible to boot in safe mode (functions abled) to download everything
etc. or not?

Really I don't think I can help you if this fails...

Tell us please. :-)

i appreciate your help, but i don't think you understand
my problem--as soon as i try to open explorer or anything,
cpu usage jumps to 100 percent. at that point it is so
slow i can't do anything. spybot cannot be copied to a
disc for transfer to that box .
