Remove Virus

Dear

in my laptop I hv intalled win2000 with sp 3 and I hv run
all the updates. I hv symantec virus guard with latest
update..but last week I hv found one virus in my laptop
and symantec says it has clean but after two days I update
symantec.. then that day also it says he has found same
virus in the same file ...when I search the file....no
such a file in the system...

file name = TFTP608
Virus Name = W32.SpybotWorm

How this can happen..
