Some remnant of a virus/spyware is still trying to start at system boot.
Spybot and your virus scanner can't seem to find it for some reason. Do
you run Spybot S&D version 1.3? Is it updated? (V1.2 is no longer
updated). How 'bout your virus scanner?

If so, try an Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). Both programs
together seem to find more than just one.

If that fails, then start up Spybot 1.3 in advanced mode, open
Tools/System Startup. Examine the items carefully, one (or more) of
those is probably the culprit behind your error messages.

You can uncheck (don't delete yet!) suspicious items, reboot and see if
that gets rid of the messages. When you're sure which item is causing
the problem you can highlight it and delete it.

Make sure during this troubleshooting you login as the same user that is
having the problem. Different users can have different startup items.
