about:blank?

Hi! I posted a question on 8/19(virus?). I was looking at the MS error report
and was browsing the technical information. I really have no clue in
interpreting all of it, but I read on it, "sourappletart visited
sourappletart@about:blank.com" I cannot find alot of information on
about:blank. I searched my Norton info with nothing available. Also did other
random searches finding very little information. What is About:blank and
where can I find detailed information on it? Thanks again!!!!!!!!
