I am running Win XP home. With a cable modem based DSL.I
have been trying to fix this problem for about 2 weeks.
The task manager shows svchost.exe (Local Service) using
upwards of 80% of my cpu. Bring the total to 95%+I do not
have any other PC issues to speak of. I have McAfee
installed and auto updates. I run adaware and spybot. I
have been all other the net trying to download and install
anything that sounds close to the problem I am having.
Can someone please help. I run a business out of my home
and this is really killing me. Thanks in advance.

Jeff
