Virus or Nuisance?

when i run Internet Explorer a process pops up in Task
Manager called eihzingm.exe(sometimes EIHZINGM.exe). As
far as a can tell it just causes pop-ups, but I run ad-
aware, spybot: S&D, and Pc-cillin 2004 and they don't
find anything. So if anyone else has had this problem
please help!!
