Understanding scan result of Ad-Aware se

Newbie, running WindowsXP, IE6, ZoneAlarm 5.1.011, Spybot Search & Destroy
1.3, Ad-Aware (free version).

I just installed Ad-Aware and scanned my computer. Scanning results were:
Alexa (1 object Total), Claria (4 Objects Total), Possible Browser Hijack
Attempt (1Object Total), MRU List (32 Objects Total).

I'd appreciate hearing recommendations as to what should and should not be
removed? If nothing should be removed, do I simply add it to the ignore
list. Thank you.
