Confused about SP2

I noticed the other day some new files on the c drive.
Seem related to SP2. Anyone else see this?

According to other posts SP2 should be released today.
Logged on earlier and saw nothing.

Can anyone confirm if they had items installed on the c
drive like I did and also if anyone really has received
SP2.
