You use Anti Virus software on a server such as McAfee Enterprise v7.1.
Servers should NEVER be used like workstation so there should NEVER be a situation were
other forms of Malware may be contracted (e.g., adware, spyware, data miners, etc).
What you ask "...additional software, that can be also installed between firewall and LAN to
analyze HTTP, FTP, POP3 and other protocols for ..." is the FireWall's job.
I don't think you have a good grasp of the problem nor solutions.

| Is there some kind of software (like Central Spyware Remova:-) , that can be
| installed on a server between our company firewall and LAN to block spyware
| and other malicious programs?
| And additional software, that can be also installed between firewall and LAN
| to analize HTTP, FTP, POP3 and other protocols for viruses and other
