Opaserv worm can't repair

     I have downloaded the repair tool for Opaserv worm
    However the system won't let me install it or run it from
    from disk. Does any one have a step by step way to remove
    from my registery one that works.
    I am running Windows 98 SE and have Norton System Works
    I can not even load the lastest Virus definitions because
    of this worm.
     My desk top Icons don't work and it won't allow me into
    Setting "Add and Remove"
