NAV General Question

I have NAV2002 which I have had on this PC since it was new. I have kept up
on the subscription and have faithfully run all the updates.

I see some mention in this newsgroup of the effectiveness of older versions
of NAV. If the virus definitions and updates are kept current is there any
necessity for me to buy a later version of NAV?

Thanks

D.
