Hi Hershee,
Aside from one report earlier this month, IEPA.exe appears to be a new
threat. It is unknown what it is.
I recommend that you restart into safe mode. Do this by pressing F8 or Del,
depending on your manufacturer, while starting up your machine. Once in safe
mode, scan your system and delete the files it finds that are infected with
this Trojan Horse.
