You may have a version of RBOT that I was just dealing with.
Are you using Windows XP?
If so see if in your processes you have lsasse.exe runing in the
Process list. DO NOT CONFUSE IT WITH LSASS.EXE. THIS IS A VALID
PROCESS.
End the process and update your Norton AV. Then restart your machine
and run a full system scan in safe mode.
