unwanted web sites popping up

I am having the same trouble and it seems that they are
linked to IExplorer. Haven't had much luck getting rid
of them and they are insideous. Everytime I log on -
there they are. Who can help get them out of the
computer. And then a window pops up and it looks like a
microsoft window but it's not. It tells you "Windows
File Protection" but if you click on it there at the top
you see "Viagra" "Casino" etc and those are the ones that
are infecting your machine and mine. Still working on
it. The box also says it detected spyware on your
machine - which is true but I think all we can do is
uninstall Internet Explorer and re-install it, but I'm a
novice so I'm afraid to do it.
