Please Help- Evil Virus!!!!!!

Okay,thanks for all the input, as far as I know or at
least as far as all the virus checkers are concerned I
have no more threats on my computer. I am still locked out
of regedit and any kind of windows update web site, other
than that the computer is running normal. Is there anyway
to get into regedit through a backdoor or something?
