PLEASE HELP-W32/Aproxd.J

I got this virus that i cannot get rid of:
 Name: W32/Aproxd.j
 System32/msieftfu.dll

I am using an AntiVirus software called ''Freedom''
Made by ZeroKnowledge.For Bell Sympatico.ca.
I have the latest version, I've tried Trojan Remover and
they just go over it without detecting it. A.A.6.0 with
full update doesnt even see it. Only ''Freedom'' sees it.

I use XP Pro, SP1 and my OS is 100% Uptodate.
