This probably the Sasser worm. If you do not have a firewall enabled,
this will keep on happening. The reason for the problem with NAV is
because of the viruses already on the system.

To stop the shutdown, when the box comes up, go to Start > run and
type in shutdown -a then press enter or click OK.
next download Stinger from http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

run the program. Again try to install NAV and if this works, update
and run NAV on all fixed drives.
If you are using XP or ME turn off the system restore and reboot
first.

If you still have problems installing NAV, download AVG ( free ) and
install in safe mode, update and run.

( there is also a Sasser removal tool on this page )

Next download and carry out a FULL install of Spybot S&D from
http://www.download.com/3000-8022-10122137.html
This is a mirror site as the main site is often overloaded.
Instal, update and run to remove all the trojans that you will have on
the machine.
