A small box appears with a timer in it and counts down
then closes my computer down. I have tried everything I
know to stop this. I bought NAV but am having trouble
installing it. It says there is a bad file. If this is a
virus...Which virus is it? Please, does anyone know? my
email is samib67@yahoo.com
