Hello,

If you are the only one with access to this machine and you did not create
this folder structure, than I would assume that this machine has been
compromised.

I would recommend downloading regmon and filemon to see where we are
getting access denied:
http://www.sysinternals.com/

I would also try taking ownership of the folder and than trying to delete
it:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;268019

Rmdir is a resource kit tool that could help you delete this folder:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;120716

Thank You.

Diana.
