Try the simple fix first.

Run msconfig.exe and use the Startup tab to find the startup item that
starts mcc.exe. Disable it.

Open the Task Manager (Ctl-Alt-Del) and kill the mcc.exe task.

Delete the mcc.exe file.

If that doesn't work, you need a more sophisticated trojan remover. I
recommend DiamondCS TDS-3 trojan remover. http://www.diamondcs.com.au/
