Yes there is, format your H/D Install the OS and all updates, install
a free firewall, AV and antitrojan package. install all the software
that you are going to use,
Run Norton Ghost and make a ghost CD.
Re-load from CD every day and install any new updates.

I use this on an Internet Cafe system with the ghost image stored on
the server.

Other than that, no.
