You haven't provided enough information to get an answer. What do you
mean "enter into any of the commands at the DOS bootup screen"? What
operating system? What antivirus do you have installed? What is your
hard drive configuration (one drive, two, operating systems installed,
etc.)? What does "we have checked for an answer" mean? What have you
checked?
