There are quite a few posts about removing this on the forums at
www.spywareinfo.com. The correct search term is "Casino Palazzo". If
you Google that search term, you'll come up with lots of links. As a
general rule, Ad-aware isn't enough. Also use the free Spybot Search &
Destroy (www.safer-networking.org). If you want to get HijackThis, you
can get it at http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html . Please
read the instructions carefully. You should also put on a full-featured
firewall, like the free one from Sygate, which you can get here:
http://smb.sygate.com/products/spf_standard.htm

The firewall should alert you to malware trying to get to the Internet,
and you can then track down the programs and delete them. Scans for
viruses and spyware should be done in Safe Mode, where you will be able
to delete back stuff.
