A Trojan changed my IE settings!

Whenever I type a URL into the address bar, it always
takes me to the same page (searchpage.cc). I believe this
is because of a Trojan virus I received the other day
which also changed my homepage and default search page.
Hyperlinks still work fine. Does anyone know how to fix
this problem?
