Hi, Brian,
My recommendation is Norton Anti-Virus by Symantec I've
been using it for approximately 12 years. If you are not
already aware, however, please be advised that anti-virus
software does not protect you against spyware, adware and
malware. For protection against those you need
additional software. There's AdAware by Lavasoft that
many recommend, and there's Spybot Search and Destroy,
which is highly recommended. They both have free
versions. I use PestPatrol, which is not free, but I
find it to be a very good program.
