Right click on your task bar and select task manager - click the
processes tab.

Kill the running processes and scan after you have killed them. They
should be the same files that you have stated in your post.

userlist.exe
msupdate.exe

If they are not 'killable' or if they keep popping back up then you must
run a full virus scan in safe mode. Hopefully you have a scanner that
works in safe mode.
