Some phone numbers occasionally change.
The phone number called is often specific to region
The phone number is often specific to a particular product.
Different programs have different numbers.
All this you can see when you look at the links.
A manual with phone numbers would be significantly larger if the phone
numbers were added as well as some may be outdated.
Almost everyone has access to the internet in one form or another.

Having the links on a website helps assure you have the correct number
for your product and geographic region now.
