VIRUS called TROJ_REVOP.A

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO CLEAN THIS VIRUS FROM MY PC. I
WAS READING AN EMAIL AND WAS ABOUT HALF WAY THRU READING
IT AND THE BOX POPPED UP AND SAID VIRUS (TROJ_REVOP.A)
DETECTED. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP ANYONE CAN SEND ME
TO HELP ME GET IT CLEANED FROM MY PC. MY SCAN SYSTEM BY
VCOM SYSTEM SUITE 5 WILL NOT AUTOMATICLY CLEAN IT. HELP,
HELP, HELP!
