Recently my computer got a virus which activates a
shutdown sequence upon connection to internet. This is
how it looks.....
This system is shutting down. Please save all work in
progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost.
This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
Time before shutdown 00:00:59
Message
The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\Isass.exe'
terminated unexepectedly with status code -1073741819.
The system will now shutdown and restart.
This only occurs about a minute after I connect to the
internet. I observed a lot of bytes sent and received
once connected. More so than normal. It suggests to me
that there might be something on my computer that
activates once connected and perhaps d/l something to
trigger the shutdown. But thats just at a guess. If u
know what is causing this or better still, know how to
get rid of it, please reply. I had thought it was
wormblaster as it sounded similiar but i ran Fixblast to
get rid of it and it found no sign of the worm. A reply
would be most appreciated. Thankyou in advance...
