OE version 6.0.2800.1123
My firewall wasn't on. Now it is.

AVG is up to date, opens, and runs, but doesn’t find anything, same for AdAware and Spybot S&D.
Internet explorer: freezes up, “encounters a problem and has to close”
Files that HijackThis found are now gone.

All of the list is true except for one. Windows Update sometimes functions, maybe one out of twenty times.
Internet Explorer has also started doing a weird thing where it will automatically refresh the page every thirty seconds. It doesn't bother me, but it could be related.
