First I'd remove my finger from the Caps-Lock key on your keyboard.
Typing in all caps is considered as shouting on the Internet and it's
just hard to read.

Then you don't need to be infected by a virus; most emails sent by
viruses do have spoofed email headers.

But you didn't post any information about your computer. Do an online
scan at: http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/

How is your Windows version? Is this one patched with all the latest
updates? Have you been to to Windows Update website lately? Check this
website: http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Install all the latest (critical) updates for your version of Windows.
