I finally figured that out the name of the virus/spyware that is
laying in that dll. The name is ZestyFind. It connects to
ZestyFind.com thru IE.
It's not possible to remove it from Windows. It's somewhere in the
registry where you can never delete it. I will boot from XP CD, and
delete from the recovery console.
Somebody else also suggested to put the harddisk as a secondary disk
so I can reach and delete to that DLL with no problem.
