If you can open the zip files,.. than you are unprotected,... but
don't... exept if you want to test your system's stability under
infection. A good & updated avir should have neutralized the attached
file...

I think that is has little to do with you but with other infected
people that have your mailadress in their adressbook,...

Find honest - personal - advice on my site:

<Nondisputandum> Take care of your precious system, perform a safety
checkup, clean it every day, immunize it, protect it against
infiltration, always lock the backdoor, check the front door before
you go to sleep, buy a security system and don't forget to activate it
properly, dump undesired mail with the rest of the trash, clean out
your closet, teach your buddy how to sort unwanted mail, put the
garbage outside every week, have registered only what you decide,
close the shutters during stormy internet & see if your neighbors need
any help, never accept cookies from a stranger, don't open the door
for beggars and uncertified officials, check for bugs behind the
walls, keep a well trained watchdog to catch burglars and don't
passionately surf without protection. Do that and you can enjoy all
the pleasures of the internet without getting paranoid.

We all get important messages or friendly "Hi" mails these days...
Ignore it... do not respond to it...
