Slow internet after infection

For the past year I have had an excellent dial-up ISP and i have never
connected below 46-56kb/s about a week or two ago my internet connection
slowed way down. now it only connects between 19-28kb/s I called my ISP and
had them check everything it turned out fine. I called the phone company and
had them check the lines. Everything turned out fine. I checked my modem it
was fine. Last I did a virus scan and it came up with 7 viruses which
were...Nachi.B, 3 Worm Sasser.C, Worm AgoBot.BT, Worm AgoBot.BB, Worm
AgoBot.EN. They have all been removed. I have done multiple scans since then
and they have all come up clean. My problem is that my internet connection
is still slow. Can anyone help me out here?
