Hello again, I tried this and a couple other suggestions I
received from other people but nothing changed. Do you
think it's a problem with my modem? I ran the modem
helper and when it said insert ResourceCD (Utilities &
Drivers CD), I did that but I kept getting an error
message saying it wasn't the correct CD. I ran the Dell
Diagnostics and it said everything was fine. I checked
the Device Manager and there are no exclamation points or
any other signs showing that there are problems with any
of the devices. Any other suggestions? I appreciate your
help! MSI
