My OS is Windows XP Home Edition
I've been infected by the Sasser Worm
I've set up my firewall, I went to all the proper sites to download the patch.
I couldn't tell if it installed properly. I tried to remove the Sasser,
but a message appeared saying that I hadn't installed the patch. Hmm.
So I downloaded the patch again and tried to restart my computer as it suggests.
Now I am unable to log into my OS. I tried pressing the F8 key on start up and
went into safe mode, but that didn't work either. All I got was a Black screen and
a mouse cursor. Can somebody please help me?
