Cannot start Windows due to Sasser

Have a huge problem, the sasser worm has managed to shut
down my computer totally and when I start it now it comes
up with the log in screen, only problem is that it is not
possible to type in the password. I desperately need my
computer to be fixed since I am using it in my work.
Anyone that has had the same problem but managed to start
it anyway.
