Good Morning Everyone!

Same here, It happened once yesterday afternoon and twice this
morning.

does not write a log file out to the app, sys, or security section of
event viewer.

I checked for mini.dmp files, none there.

So far this is what i have done:

Ran housecall, ad aware, hijack, and norton.

Nothing......

So far its been running for about 1 hour with out any hiccups!

I am still investigating it and looking into what is causing this.

>From what I can tell the system comes to a grinding halt , task
manager shows the cpu pegged out.

Then you get the lovely
The system is shutting down. Please save all work in progress and log
off message.

I'll keep you posted as to what i find out.
