Hi Fred,

This inclusion is not associated with any known worms. I think it is safe to
say that this key is most likely safe. A Google search renders a mention,
but not in terms of it being malicious or spyware. However, we can still
figure out what it is if you like. Please download this program and post the
results you get by going to Config>Misc. Tools>Generate StartupList Log.
